• Developing AI agents and automations — with Claude, n8n, Make and custom backends • Implementing customer solutions from conception to go-live • Building system integrations with APIs, ERP systems and third-party providers • Write code that runs stably, is maintainable, and can be deployed • Get technical questions answered directly with customers — clearly, without jargon
• Solid backend experience, full stack preferred • Understanding of LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Integration • AI-native mindset: AI tools are tools, not toys • Personal responsibility: You take on a task and complete it • Broad curiosity — today an ERP interface, tomorrow a new agent
