Bridge business and technology — from "Where can we use AI?" to systems that actually run in everyday operations.
AI projects rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because no one acts as an intermediary between the company and the technology. Because requirements remain unclear. Because the rollout is forgotten once the system is "finished".
You are the person preventing that.
At MATIKA, you guide clients through the entire process—from the initial question, "Where can we meaningfully use AI?" to the moment the system is actually used in everyday life. This requires structure, empathy, and the ability to reduce complexity without downplaying it.
• Develop and refine requirements with customers — what should the system really be able to do? • Clearly define the target vision, milestones, and responsibilities • Managing implementation with developers and partners — speed, quality, transparency • Accompany the rollout, ensure acceptance among end users • Managing multiple projects in parallel without losing track
• Experience in managing complex projects, preferably in IT, consulting or product management • Ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way — and to translate customer requirements into technical terms • Clear, binding communication — with managing directors as well as with developers • Basic understanding of AI systems, automation and digital transformation • Structure in your mind, even when five projects are running simultaneously
• Projects with real business value — not internal sandbox projects • Direct influence on MATIKA methodology and processes • Remote-first with flexible work arrangements • Fair compensation with project participation • A team that thinks together — not just works together
