Digitalization isn't just a buzzword for our clients—it's a real change in the daily routines of people who are already very busy. As a project manager, you're the person who structures, guides, and implements this change.
You work with SMEs and medium-sized companies in the retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. The projects vary—the common thread is that something must work in the end that didn't exist before.
• Clarify requirements with the customer and translate them into actionable steps • Managing implementation with internal developers and external partners • Identify risks early and address them directly — don't ignore them • Accompany the rollout until the system is truly accepted in everyday life • Keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture
• Experience in managing IT or digitization projects • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people • Structured thinking and clear communication — even when things get hectic • Basic understanding of AI systems and automation (no code, but concepts) • Personal responsibility: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do
