We build practical AI systems for operations-intensive companies — and are now looking for someone to reach these companies: as an employed SDR, a part-time employee, or a self-employed sales partner. The form of employment is less important than the attitude.
• Establish initial contact with potential customers — by phone, email, or on LinkedIn • Qualifying interviews: Is the company a good fit? Is there a real problem? • Prepare and hand over appointments for Discovery Calls • Feeding feedback from the market directly back into the team
• Initial experience in B2B sales or strong initiative and willingness to learn • Clarity in communication — in writing and in conversation • Honesty: You don't sell for the sake of selling. • Interest in AI and digitalization — you don't have to be a technician, but curiosity is a must.
• Commission on brokered projects (clearly and transparently regulated) • Full flexibility regarding model and hours • Direct exchange with the founder and the project team • Insights into real AI projects — what works, what doesn't, and why
