Vibe Coding isn't a trend we're jumping on—it's a genuine way of working that we actively live. We build solutions quickly, iteratively, and with AI support. No cargo cult, no "we use cursors because it sounds cool." Instead, the question is: How can we accomplish in two days what used to take two weeks?
We are looking for someone who thinks exactly the same way.
• Rapid prototyping of AI-powered features and integrations • Build and deliver customer solutions using tools such as Cursor, Claude, Replit, v0 or similar • Develop automations and workflows (n8n, Make, APIs) • Identify bottlenecks and solve them pragmatically — don't over-architect • Write code in such a way that others (and AI) can further develop it
• You naturally work with AI tools — not because you have to, but because it's faster • Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and automations • Pragmatism: Finished is better than perfect — as long as it runs smoothly • Curiosity about new tools and a willingness to develop oneself daily • Independence: You see a problem and solve it before you ask for help
• A role in which your work style is explicitly desired • Direct influence on how MATIKA develops products • Diverse projects — no two projects are alike • Flexible working, fully remote • A team that doesn't explain AI, but lives it
